Realkey's independently developed tilt tray sorter, the RK-TTS, consists of conveying, tilting, tray carrying, recognition, control systems, and track framework. It features circular continuous conveyance, minimizing space requirements. With fast sorting speeds and compatibility with irregular shapes, it employs a purely mechanical tilting mechanism that operates without external power, ensuring long-term stability. The non-contact linear motor drive offers low energy consumption, minimal noise, and easy maintenance. Its modular design enhances scalability. The RK-TTS effectively meets high-efficiency sorting needs in various industries including postal, courier, e-commerce, fashion, and perishables.
